Our Music
Grace and Holy Trinity enjoys a rich musical heritage. From its earliest days the parish has emphasized excellence in our music program, both in our liturgical settings and in a music ministry to the community. Many members list our music as their initial experience and attraction to the Cathedral.

We are blessed to have high quality instruments to give support to our music. The four manual Gabriel Kney tracker action pipe organ was installed in 1981.

Other instruments which add to the richness of our music are a six stop chamber organ, a two stop harpsichord, two Steinway pianos and a Yamaha piano.

Further enhancing our worship on special occasions is additional instrumental music such as a string quartet, brass quintet, trumpet, harp, flute, bassoon, cello, and the Cathedral Hand Bell Choir.

Choral music is provided by the Trinity Choir of mixed voices which has experienced three successful overseas performance tours, the Trinity Youth Choir of dedicated high school students and the elementary school children in the Grace Choraliers.

The doors of Grace and Holy Trinity Cathedral are open to many community musical organizations. Several choruses rehearse in our facilities, and the nave is popular with performing choral assemblies.

Our music ministry extends to the entire community, offering concerts by outstanding organists and events such as the "Bach-a-thon" and Messiah Sing-along.

These organ pipes raise a joyous sound to the Lord.
